These Terms of Service govern use of PASTEL, an AI-assisted customer review response workspace. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms.
Subscription terms
PASTEL is offered as a monthly SaaS subscription. Billing is handled by Gumroad. Subscription access may begin after Gumroad confirms a successful payment and PASTEL receives the related billing event.
No refunds
Payments are non-refundable. Cancellations stop future renewal, but do not create refunds or prorated credits for the current billing period.
AI-generated replies
PASTEL may generate draft review responses using AI. Drafts are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether to publish any response.
Acceptable use
- Do not use PASTEL for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Do not upload or forward content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, billing, or platform limits.
- Do not use generated content to harass, threaten, or mislead people.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses the product, or causes operational harm to PASTEL or other users.
Limitation of liability
PASTEL is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PASTEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from product use, AI output, downtime, review handling, or third-party provider behavior.
